How to Store Apple Cinnamon Energy Bites for Freshness

To keep your apple cinnamon energy bites fresh and delicious, proper storage is key! Once you’ve rolled them into bite-sized balls, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
They’ll stay fresh for up to a week, making them perfect for meal prep or a grab-and-go snack throughout the week.

If you want to make a bigger batch, you can also freeze them! Place the energy bites on a baking sheet to freeze individually first, then transfer them to a freezer-safe container or bag. They’ll last up to 3 months in the freezer—just thaw them in the fridge overnight before enjoying.

With these easy storage tips, your apple cinnamon energy bites will stay fresh and ready whenever you need a quick snack!
