Milk: I use 2% milk but you can use almond or oat milk. Hence, you can you any vegetal milk with no issue!

Oreos: Get the original ones!

Cacao Powder: This is mostly to give that beautiful chocolate color to the muffins.

Sugar: White granulated sugar works best for this recipe.

Baking Powder and baking soda

Eggs: To keep your muffins together, get the to room temperature.

Pinch of Salt: Don’t skip the salt! It helps enhance the flavor of the other ingredients!

The name muffin is either inspired by the German word “muffe” or the French word “moufflet”.
In both cases, the word means soft bread.

Pro Tips and Tricks

✦✧ Don’t forget to oil your muffin pan before pouring your mixture. Even non-stick muffin pans lose their power and can ruin your recipe.
You can also use a paper lining if you want!

✦✧ Always add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in that order.

✦✧ Keep the oven door closed until the baking time is completed. Otherwise, your muffins will collapse.

✦✧ Fill the muffins mold 3/4 to let your muffins expand.

✦✧ Don’t forget to have fun!
