Step 1 – In a mixing bowl, combine the room temperature eggs, oil, milk, vanilla extract, brown sugar and ripped babanas.

Step 2 – Combine the all-purpose flour, sal, baking powder and baking soda in a separate bowl.

Step 3 – Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and gently mix in the chocolate chips with a spatula. Be careful not to ever mix , it’s OK if the mixture is a little rough.


Step 4 – Pour the mixture into you your muffin tins

Ingredients
  

Delicious Banana and Chocolate Muffins

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 ripped bananas

Cream Cheese Icing

  • 8 onces a full pack of cream cheese
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉
  • In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt
  • In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, oil, sugar, milk, ripped bananas and vanilla extract
  • Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients
  • Add the chocolate chips to the batter and gently mix
  • grease the muffin pan and fill them with the batter
  • Sprinkle raw sugar on top (optional)
  • Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
  • Place on a cooling rack until it gets to room temperature

Cream cheese icing

  • Combine with an electric mixer the cream cheese, unsalted butter and vanilla extract
  • Slowly add the powdered sugar to the mix until the icing is smooth
  • Place your icing into piping bag or ziplok bag and decorate your muffins!
